Delete your Wanna3 account

Wanna3 is operated by Sentinel Holdings Group, Inc.

In the app

1. Open Wanna3 and go to Profile.
2. Tap Settings, then Delete account.
3. Confirm.

If you haven't finished signing up, or your account was banned, Delete account is on the screen you see after you sign in.

Without the app

Email support@wanna3.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm it's you first.

What gets deleted

Your account, profile, photos, selfie, matches, and messages are removed right away. Your conversations also disappear for the people you talked to.

What we keep

• Reports you filed or that were filed about you, and records of moderator decisions.
• If you were banned, a one-way hash of your email address, which stops you from signing up again.
• If reports about you are still open when you delete your account, a one-way hash of your email address. We remove it if every report about you is dismissed.
• If you are held as a possible minor, or we must preserve files for a safety review or a report to the authorities, your selfie, photos, and a record of your account stay in restricted storage until that work is finished, and for at least one year if we report to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Your messages are not kept.
